CFI C.A.R.E. specializes in CFI Reinstatements. If your CFI rating has expired or you want to add additional CFI ratings, we can help. Most of our clients are retired or about to retire airline, corporate, or military pilots. We give you the dignity and respect you deserve for your many years in aviation.

Our instructors and examiners are retired or current aviation professionals whose goals are to help you reach your goals.
No matter if you just want to teach your children or grandchildren, neighbors, friends or earn additional income on a part or full time basis, we are here to help you.

You might be surprised at how easily and quickly reinstating your ratings can be. In most cases you can complete the training and check ride in just 2-3 days. However, CFI C.A.R.E. needs 3-4 weeks advance notice for scheduling. Please allow up to 5 days for your training for weather, maintenance, etc. delays.

Once you have selected your training dates, you will be e-mailed a study guide containing all the questions and answers for the oral as well as the appropriate flight profiles for the check ride. This way your training will be minimized since you will have time to study and/or practice before your arrival.

Flight Review, Instrument Proficiency Checks, and Recurrency training are available through United Flight Systems at $110 for aircraft rental and $35 an hour for the instructor. CFI C.A.R.E. does not offer CFI Renewals at this time.

CFI C.A.R.E. trains only CFI/CFII INITIAL, CFII/CFI REINSTATEMENT or CFI/CFII Add-On Applicants, however, through a partnership with United Flight Systems (www.unitedflight.com), students can obtain or complete their Private, Commercial, Instrument, or Multi-Engine Ratings while enrolled in any of our CFII/CFI  programs.        

The CFI Reinstatement and Add-On courses include:

• Aircraft Rental
• Up to 5 hours C-172 Rental for flight instruction and check ride
• Flight & Ground Instruction
• Up to 5 hours flight instruction and 2 hours ground instruction. Most students can complete flight training in 2-3 hours and the 2 hours ground instruction is usually sufficient since you will have your study guide before you arrive
• Lesson Plans
• If lesson plans are required, they have already been written for you, along with all supporting material
• Study Guide
• The only book you will need. It has all the material you need to successfully complete the check ride.  It contains all the questions and answers for the oral exam. The study guide will be e-mailed to you prior to your arrival date.
• Flight Profile
• You will know exactly which maneuvers or approaches that will have to be performed and in what order
• DPE Examiner Fee ($400+)
• We have a DPE  on staff so there is no need to wait for a check ride
• Free Lunch
• Lunch is on us the first day of training
• 2-5 Day Completion
• Most training and check rides can be completed in as little as 2 days, but plan on 5. Weather sometimes just does not cooperate.
